It combines (2) front star/sauté burners, (2) rear standard 33K burners, a 36" manual griddle on the right, and a total 260,000 BTU output, so it fits a busy full-service kitchen rather than a low-volume line. It’s a floor model with 115V single-phase electric, stainless front/sides, standing pilot open burners, battery spark ignition for the ovens, factory regulator, removable cast-iron grates, and a front gas shutoff; professional installation is required.
