Independently-controlled microprocessor with time/date clock and self-cleaning cycle. The LongWave LW33 infrared conveyor oven has a 240 V rating in the 3-phase configuration. The LW33 infrared conveyor oven is for installation under a ventilation hood. Fully insulated on all sides. 18-gauge stainless steel exterior.
