MOD500 Series food warmers are heavy-duty, rectangular drop-in food-warmers. Wells MOD500 Series food warmers accommodate five 12” x 20” standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. Individual controls for each well provide maximum versatility; thermostatic or infinite controls are available. High-limits prevent overheating. Temperature-ready indicator lights are standard on all control types. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. Fully insulated sides, front, back, and bottom provide energy savings, efficiency, quicker pre-heat, and faster recovery. The MOD500DM* food warmer has a 208/240 V voltage rating. All listed MOD500 food warmers have no standard power cord supplied. MOD500DM* … food warmers include drains. The MOD500 Series food warmers have an overall width of 71-1/2 in (1816 mm), left to right. The MOD500 Series food warmers have an overall front-to-back length of 23-5/8 in (600 mm). The MOD500 Series food warmers have an overall height of 9-3/4 in (248 mm). The MOD500 Series food warmers require a minimum side clearance of 1 in (25 mm) from the nearest surface.
