Jet Air Convection Oven. The Doyon JA14 assembly has its two oven units arranged one above the other. The JA14 oven's listed pan capacity is 14 pans in the 18 x 26 in format. 208V, 1PH. The Doyon JA14 has a listed electrical input of 21.4 kW at 208 V. The Doyon Jet Air oven has programmable controls. The JA14 and JA14G models have 99 programmable recipes. The JA14 and JA14G models have digital temperature control up to 500°F (260°C). The Doyon Jet Air oven is constructed of stainless steel. The Doyon Jet Air convection oven has a fan system with reversing operation. The Doyon Jet Air oven has an integrated steam injection (shot and pulse) system.
