The Platinum PRO Series double-deck oven includes two oven decks. The Platinum PRO Series oven uses electrical heating elements. The Platinum PRO Series oven is available with a 240 VAC supply. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. The touchscreen control digital display shows time and temperature, and a fan-cycle timer pulses the fan. Each Platinum PRO Series oven has 11 different rack positions. The Platinum PRO Series rack guides are spaced on 1-5/8 in. centers. Five wire racks are provided with each Platinum PRO Series oven. stainless steel front, sides and top. The oven interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain enamel finish.
