The 951 Double is listed with capacity for 4 bun pans measuring 18 x 26 in. The 951 deck oven is specified for Natural Gas. Each Blodgett 951 oven section's Fahrenheit dial control has a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F. The 951 deck oven has a welded stainless-steel front, top, back and sides, and is fully insulated on all sides.
