The Southbend electric steam “Do-All” cooker with cabinet base is offered as model EDA-2S. The EDA-2S steamer has a capacity of 8–16 pans. The EDA-2S steamer has 2 compartments. The EDA-2S steamer has an electrical rating of 42 kW at 240 V. The electrically heated steam boiler is specified for three-phase electrical supply. Each compartment of the Southbend cooker has independent automatic timer controls. The cooker shall be constructed of all-welded satin finish stainless steel, type 304. The doors shall have a removable inner liner of aluminum plate with full perimeter gasket seal, an outer liner of one-piece all-welded stainless steel, and a wheel-and-screw closing mechanism. Automatic water-level control is standard on the electric boiler mounted with the Southbend compartment cooker.
