The Southbend 36-inch sectional range model P36A-GGG is configured with a convection-oven base. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and has side and rear splashers; the range also has a 9-1/4-inch-deep front rail and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The exterior front, sides, rear and bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The Southbend convection oven has an interior depth of 24 inches. The Southbend convection oven has an interior width of 26 inches. The Southbend convection oven has an interior height of 14 inches. The Southbend oven-base oven thermostat ranges down to 175°F.
