Double Radiant Broiler. The Southbend 234R broiler has a double-deck configuration. Each of the Southbend 234R double radiant broiler's four Schwank broiler burners is rated at 45,000 BTU on LP gas. The broiler grid for the Southbend 234R is 28 inches deep. The broiler grid for the Southbend 234R is 24-1/2 inches wide. The Southbend 234R broiler grid has four height positions. The broiler is equipped with twin burner controls and an easy-grip, spring-balance adjusting lever. The broiler's top, front and sides are 430 stainless steel #3 polish, and its back is aluminized steel. The Southbend 234R double radiant broiler is 37 inches deep.
