The Blodgett MARK V-200 oven has an 11 kW electrical input rating for the 60 Hz, 208 VAC, 1-phase supply configuration. The MARK V-200 has a 208 VAC, single-phase electrical supply option at 60 Hz. The Blodgett MARK V-200 control panel uses an Artisan Touchscreen Control. temperature-control range of 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C). Each Blodgett MARK V-200 oven compartment has an interior depth of 28-1/4 in (718 mm). Each Blodgett MARK V-200 oven compartment has an interior width of 29 in (737 mm). Each Blodgett MARK V-200 oven compartment has an interior height of 20 in (508 mm). The baking compartment has an easy-to-clean Oleophobic liner (14 gauge), an aluminized blower wheel and interior lights. Exterior construction includes a full angle-iron frame and stainless steel front, top and sides.
