The Southbend Platinum Series convection oven is a double-deck oven. Independent Doors. The Southbend PCES PCE22S/S and PCE22S/T oven models have electric heating-element input rated at 11 kW per deck. The Southbend PCES PCE15S/S, PCE15S/T, PCE22S/S, and PCE22S/T oven models have an available electrical supply configuration of 240 VAC at 60 Hz. The Southbend PCES PCE15S/S, PCE15S/T, PCE22S/S, and PCE22S/T oven models have an available electrical supply configuration of 220/240 VAC at 50 Hz. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a temperature range of 140°F to 500°F. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls has a 60-minute mechanical cook timer. Each cavity of the Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 available rack positions. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel finish and is coved and fastener-free. Manual reset high-limit temperature control protects the oven from an overheat condition. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's control panel is located on the front, at the right side of the oven.
