IR-2-G36T-E-XB. The Electric Pro Series 48” ranges are 48 in wide. The IR-2-G36T-E-XB range's griddle is 36 inches (914 mm) wide. The griddle top has a thick, highly polished ½ in (13 mm) steel plate, 21 in (533 mm) plate depth, even heating elements across the griddle section, a 4 in (102 mm) wide grease trough, and a removable grease can for easy cleaning. The large griddle grease can is removable for easy cleaning. The IR-2-G36T-E-XB range has 2 round elements. The standard oven is chef depth and accommodates standard 18 in × 26 in (457 × 660 mm) sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The griddle top has thermostat controls. The round plate elements have infinite heat controls. The IR-2-G36T-E-XB range has a total electrical input of 19.5 kW. 240V, 3PH.
