This Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range is a 5-burner open-top unit with (3) 33,000 BTU star/sauté burners in front and (2) Pyromax burners in back, plus a 24" charbroiler on the right, so it’s aimed at high-volume line cooking rather than a compact cookline. At 320,000 total BTU with a standard oven base and a convection oven base, it gives a large-floor footprint range/broiler/oven combination for busy restaurants and banquet operations; the standard oven takes full-size pans, while the convection oven adds 3 racks and a 1/2 hp, 115V motor with an oven-use switch. It runs on natural gas, is 60.75" wide, 42.13" deep, 59.5" high, and includes stainless front/sides, removable cast iron grates, standing pilots, a front manual gas shut-off, and factory regulator.
