24" x 24" Flat Bottom Gas Fryer System w/Filter. Natural Gas. The FBG24 flat bottom gas fryer has an oil capacity of 57–87 lb (25.6–39.5 kg). The SFFBG24 fryer has a frying area of 24 x 24 in [61 x 61 cm]. The FBG24 flat bottom gas fryer's cook depth is 3-1/4–5 in (8.3–12.7 cm). The SFFBG24 fryer has a rated gas input of 120,000 BTU/h [35.1 kW] [127 MJ]. Digital Controls. The fryer system has a high-flow filter pump with a self-aligning filter-pan connection and easy 2-step filtering for faster oil refill times. The fry tank is constructed of heavy gauge mild steel for stickless wet batter frying. The welded tank has an extra smooth peened finish to ensure easy cleaning. The cabinet front, door, side and splash back are stainless steel.
