Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" freestanding gas range for commercial use, this is a propane-fired 60" unit with a 24" charbroiler on the right, six 33,000 BTU star burners, and 262,000 total BTUs, so it sits in the high-output full-line range class rather than a compact line unit. It has stainless steel front and sides, a 4" front rail, removable cast-iron grate tops, standing pilot open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, a front manual gas shutoff, and a factory-installed regulator. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H and 1,075 lb, it is a floor model with cabinet base storage, suited to busy restaurant lines that need a large burner bank plus a dedicated charbroiler in one footprint.
