Bistro™ Restaurant Range. Open Burners Right, 36" Griddle Left. Cabinet Base – Propane. The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. The JBR-36G-4 range has a listed width of 60 inches. The JBR-36G-4 range has a listed BTUS value of 192,000. The JBR-36G range has four open burners on its top. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The JBR-36G range has a 36-inch griddle. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. The range must be connected with the gas appliance regulator supplied.
