It combines six 33,000 BTU non-clog open burners with a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right and two stainless cabinet bases below, for 246,000 total BTUs, making it a high-output floor range suited to busy restaurant and banquet production rather than a compact line setup. It runs on propane, needs 10" rear and side clearances, and includes stainless front/sides, a factory regulator, front manual gas shutoff, standing pilot for the burners, and optional no-charge center-opening cabinet doors.
