HL2-8. hotLOGIX HL2 Series heated holding cabinets accommodate 18 × 26-inch sheet pans. hotLOGIX HL2 Series heated holding cabinets accommodate 12 × 20 × 2.5-inch steam table pans. 120V, 1PH. The standard electrical configuration for hotLOGIX HL2 holding cabinets is rated at 2100 watts. The temperature and humidity dial controls on hotLOGIX HL2 Series heated holding cabinets are manually operated. The cabinets are constructed of lightweight, sturdy aluminum and feature a removable bottom-mounted heating module with recessed dial control. hotLOGIX HL2 Series heated holding cabinets are non-insulated. The hotLOGIX HL2-8 cabinet is 24 11/16 in (627 mm) wide. The hotLOGIX HL2-5, HL2-8, HL2-14, and HL2-18 cabinets have pan spacing of 3 in (76 mm).
