The VCNH3W3S holding cabinet has capacity for nine 1/2 size long, 4 in deep high-temperature amber pans. fuel type: electric. 208V, 1PH. The VCNH2W3S and VCNH3W3S cabinets' controller allows a user to program temperature. The VCNH2W3S and VCNH3W3S cabinets' controller has a maximum programmable temperature setting of 200°F (93°C). The VCNH2W3S and VCNH3W3S cabinets' controller allows temperature programming in one-degree increments. The cabinets have all-stainless-steel double-wall construction and a modular design. They have a removable cassette caddy with sliding wire pan racks. The cabinets use a dual-fan heating system with electronic temperature control and an on/off toggle switch with a rubber boot. The blower system has precision-engineered air venting in the back and bottom of the removable caddy, along with front-mounted plenums at the top and bottom of the caddy, to provide even air circulation throughout the cabinet. The cabinets are capable of heating to 200°F (93°C) and preheat to 180°F (82°C) in less than 10 minutes. The VCNH3W3S holding cabinet has an overall height of 32 7/8 in (835 mm).
