Each oven in the 7.5 kW-for-heating-elements group has a listed supply voltage of 240 VAC. Each oven in the 7.5 kW for Heating Elements group has a rated supply frequency of 50 Hz for the 220/240 VAC rating. The phase for PCEB electric oven units must be specified upon ordering. The Southbend Platinum Series oven with SC standard controls uses a solid-state thermostat. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven.
