Wells heavy-duty, top-mount, drop-in, Modular food warmers are designed to hold heated foods at safe and fresh serving temperatures. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers accommodate three 12 in. x 20 in. standard inset pans or equivalent fractional pans. fuel type: electric. All models are field convertible from 3Ø to 1Ø. plug type: field wired per local code. The MOD300D model has infinite controls. One-piece stainless steel top flange and heavy-gauge, deep-drawn stainless steel warming pans are standard features on all models. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers are NSF certified. The Wells MOD300 Series food warmers bear a UL safety listing mark. Each MOD300-series model listed in the specifications table has an overall height of 9-3/4 in (248 mm). overall width of 43-1/2 in (1105 mm). overall front-to-back length of 23-5/8 in (600 mm).
