Half Size Premium Electric Convection Oven. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts standard half-size baking pans measuring 13 × 18 inches. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard-depth baking compartment accepts the pans in a front-to-back orientation. The CTB/CTBR half-size electric convection oven uses electric heating. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is rated at 8.0 kW per oven section. An increased-output CTB/CTBR oven section is listed for 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase supply. The increased-output 208 V, 60 Hz, three-phase CTB/CTBR supply is rated at 22/20/21 A on L1-L2-L3. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control is manual. The CTB/CTBR oven's standard control has separate dials for thermostat and time control. The CTB/CTBR oven's temperature-control range is 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (260°C) per oven section. The oven has a full angle-iron frame; stainless steel front, top, sides and back; a dual-pane thermal glass window encased in a stainless steel door frame; a single chrome-plated door handle; a tilt-down modular front control panel; and solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides and bottom. The baking-compartment liner is double-sided porcelainized and 14 gauge.
