SS72. Starter Station. The SS72 starter station has capacity for 16 storage bins. The SS36, SS48, SS60, and SS72 starter stations accommodate plastic storage bins whose first-listed dimension is 14.75 in. The SS36, SS48, SS60, and SS72 starter stations accommodate plastic storage bins whose second-listed dimension is 8.25 in. The SS36, SS48, SS60, and SS72 starter stations accommodate plastic storage bins whose third-listed dimension is 7 in. The SS72 starter station has an overall height of 67⅜ in (1711 mm). The starter stations have all-stainless-steel construction; the framework and supports are constructed of 1 in × 18 gauge seamless, polished stainless-steel tubing. The starter stations have stem-mounted 5 in diameter red Performa casters, all full ball-bearing swivel; two are fitted with brakes. The starter stations are completely welded straight-line modular construction. All horizontal supports are welded and polished to vertical uprights to form a one-piece rigid cart. Extra welds on bottom supports provide maximum support and added durability. The design allows for cantilever or straddle use over a conveyor line.
