The ECOF-[AP2/S2]M stacked convection-oven configuration consists of two oven units. The stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection ovens accommodate 20 12-inch-by-20-inch, 2-1/2-inch-deep steam table pans in total. The stacked ECOF-[AP2/S2]M convection ovens accommodate 10 18-inch-by-26-inch pans in total. Each ECOF-[AP2/S2]M oven unit is electric heated. The ECOF-2 model draws 112.1 A at 208 V AC, 1-phase. The ECOF and ECOF-2 marine oven models have dual voltage that is changeable on site. The ECOF and ECOF-2 marine oven models have dual-voltage options of 208 V and 240 V. The Accu-Plus control package includes a HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. The Accu-Plus control package includes a pulse-fan switch. Heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior, with attractive No. 4 finish. Porcelainized steel oven interiors. The ECOF and ECOF-2 models require installation under an approved vent hood.
