The KECT-10-L is shown as a tilting kettle; the side elevation depicts the kettle tilted from its upright position. The KECT-10-L kettle has a capacity of 10 gallons (38 liters). The interior cooking surface of the Southbend KECT-6-L, KECT-10-L and KECT-12-L kettles is type 316 stainless steel.
