Dough Sheeter. DL12DP. The dough sheeter is rated for up to 600 pieces per hour and has Teflon rollers, an adjustable roller gap, a stainless steel scraper, stainless steel construction, and a 1/2 HP motor. The Doyon dough sheeter sheets dough up to 12 inches wide. The Doyon DL12DP dough sheeter's adjustable roller gap range is 1/32 in (0.79 mm) to 5/32 in (3.9 mm). 120V, 1PH. The Doyon DL12DP 120 V configuration draws 6 A. The DL12DP is recommended for dough products between 50–60% hydration. The DL12DP is not designed for fondant or laminated dough products.
