Middleby Imperial® IHR-2HT-2-EW is a 36" freestanding electric range with a standard oven, set up for high-volume commercial kitchens. The top has two electric wafer plate elements plus two hot tops, with 3.75 kW per element on 208V/3PH and a 18.8 kW total load, so it needs a dedicated circuit and a 36" floor footprint; the oven below has a 5.3 kW element, 150°F to 500°F thermostat, porcelain interior, chrome rack for standard sheet pans, and a baffle for more even heat. Notable differentiators are the sealed wafer plates, 650°F max surface temperature, infinite heat controls, and 3.25" stainless landing ledge, making it a good fit for mixed-range sauté, holding, and baking work in a busy line.
