KELT-30F. The Self-Generating Steamfull Jacketed Floor Mounted Tilting Kettles are floor mounted. The KELT-30F kettle has a rated capacity of 30 gallons (114 liters). fuel type: electric. The kettle's tilt mechanism is sealed stainless steel, tilts the kettle forward a full 90° for complete emptying, and is self-locking for positive stop action.
