The R30C-APA range has a convection oven base. The R30C-APA and R30S-ATA range configurations have a French plate count of four. Lang electric range configurations are offered at 208 V, 60 Hz. input kw: 19.8. The oven thermostat on Lang electric ranges has a setting range of 150–450°F. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior insulated on six sides. Lang Electric 30-inch ranges have a table-listed width of 30.2 in (766 mm).
