The P36-CCC range shown includes a charbroiler section on its supplied top. The P36-CCC range shown in the front view is 36 inches wide. The P36C-CCC model has a natural-gas input of 96,000 BTU/hour. Six 16,000 BTU NAT … burners are provided with three high/low control knobs. The range's full-width charbroiler has an operating surface temperature of up to 600°F (315°C). The range's front, sides, rear and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel. The P36C cabinet-base model has a stainless steel cabinet with removable doors that open from the center. Each P36-CCC sectional unit has a 1-inch rear gas connection. P36-CCC sectional units require a minimum gas supply pressure of 7 inches water column for natural gas.
