Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range with cabinet base, built for full-service kitchen lineups that need a high-output, floor-standing cook platform rather than a countertop or undercounter unit. It combines 3 front non-clog burners, 2 rear Pyromax burners and 4 star/sauté burners on standard removable cast-iron grates, plus a convection oven base and storage cabinet base, for a 343,000 BTU natural-gas package with 115V/3-phase electrical. At 60-3/4" wide, 44-1/2" deep and 59-1/2" high, with stainless front and sides, manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots and battery spark ignition for the oven base, it suits high-volume cooking, sauté work, roasting and baking in a commercial kitchen.
