Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603DD-7R_LP, is a floor freestanding commercial range with a standard oven base, set up for propane. It pairs (4) 33,000 BTU star burners with (4) 40,000 BTU Pyromax burners over two standard ovens rated at 45,000 BTU each, for 382,000 BTU total, so it fits high-volume line cooking and baking where a large, heavy-duty range is needed. The unit is 60.75" wide x 34" deep x 59.5" high, has stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grate tops, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the ovens, and factory-installed regulator/manual gas shut-off; it needs 10" clearances on the sides and back and professional installation.
