Imperial’s IHR-4-1HT-EW is a 36-inch-wide freestanding electric heavy-duty range with a standard oven, set up for commercial kitchens that need a compact floor model with serious top-side output. It runs on 240V, 3-phase power at 23.3 kW/67 amps, and combines four wafer burners, one hot top, and a standard oven with a 26.5" x 26" x 14" porcelainized cavity and chrome rack, so it suits high-volume line cooking and baking where even heat, fast recovery, and spill-resistant sealed elements matter. The unit has infinite heat controls, a 150°F–500°F oven thermostat, stainless steel construction, and optional casters, bottom shelf, extra racks, and 480V availability; the 36" x 35.875" x 42" footprint keeps it in the compact heavy-duty range class rather than a larger battery setup.
