The Platinum PRO electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. The oven has 11 different rack positions in each oven. Each oven is provided with 5 wire racks. The oven is offered with standard or digital touchscreen controls; the controls have manual, recipe, or rack modes. The oven has a 2-speed fan motor. The oven is available with three-phase electrical supply. Available oven supply voltage is 208 VAC. The PCEB-PRO controls are single phase. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-PRO oven.
