Southbend Ultimate Series 60" commercial gas range, model 4607CC-2TR_NG, is a freestanding indoor-only, natural-gas unit with a 60.75"W x 34"D footprint and 59.5" height. It’s a high-output cookline piece at 208,000 BTU total, with four patented 40,000 BTU Pyromax open burners, standard cast-iron grates, and a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, so it fits high-volume line cooking where you want burners plus griddle in one range. Instead of an oven base, it has two stainless cabinet bases for under-range storage, plus stainless front/sides, a front manual gas shutoff, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for oven-base configurations; 10" side/rear clearances and professional installation are required.
