The Firex UCBTE048V1 is an electric tilt braising pan. The Firex braising pan has a 48-gallon capacity. draws 46.5 A at 220–240 V, 3 phase, 60 Hz. The control panel can create and edit multiphase cooking programs, setting the cooking type and temperature and time parameters for each phase, mixer settings, and optional text messages. The touch screen on the Firex UCBTE048V1 braising pan's controls is 7 inches. The automatic mixing device has three arms and PTFE scrapers and is completely removable to make cleaning easier; it is regulated directly from the control panel according to the product to be processed. The cooking vessel is stainless steel AISI 304, with a 12 mm bottom and 3 mm walls. The Firex braising pan has electric tilting on the front part. The safety system includes an emergency button, a manually resettable safety thermostat that blocks heating at excess temperature, and heating interruption during vat tilting.
