Southbend’s Ultimate Series 4602CC-6R_LP is a 60-3/4" commercial gas range on a cabinet base, built for indoor, high-volume line cooking rather than a countertop or undercounter application. It combines a 5-burner top configuration—two rear Pyromax burners and three 33,000 BTU star burners in front—with four 27,000 BTU non-clog burners and wavy cast-iron grates, for a total of 287,000 BTU on propane. At 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, with stainless front/sides, standing pilot top burners, battery spark ignition for oven bases, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, and storage cabinet bases instead of ovens, it suits a busy full-service kitchen needing a durable range and under-range storage.
