The Southbend Counterline charbroiler is a countertop model. HDCL-24. The supplied cooking grates are cast iron. The charbroiler's cooking grates are removable and two-sided. The charbroiler has an exterior finish with front and sides constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel; the bottom and rear are aluminized steel. Each straight burner is controlled by a gas valve for independent flame control. The charbroiler is field convertible from radiant to briquette cooking. Lava briquettes are provided as standard for Southbend Counterline charbroiler HDCL units. HDCL-24 … have 4 burners at 20,000 BTU each. HDC-24 and HDCL-24 charbroilers are listed for natural-gas input of 80,000 BTU/hr. Each HDC and HDCL unit using natural gas requires a minimum supply pressure of 7 inches W.C. Each HDC and HDCL unit has a 3/4-inch gas connection.
