Reversible Dough Sheeter. The reversible dough sheeter is a floor model. The Doyon LMA620, LMA624, and LMA630 dough sheeters have a 30 lb dough capacity. The Doyon LMA630 dough sheeter has an electrical system voltage of 120 V. plug type: nema 5-15. The Doyon LMA620, LMA624, and LMA630 dough sheeters have 20 adjustable speeds. The Doyon LMA620, LMA624, and LMA630 dough sheeters allow belt control by either dual hand or foot controls.
