The Doyon Artisan Stone Deck Oven, Model 1T2, has two baking decks. Each deck of the Doyon 1T2 oven holds one 18 × 26-inch full-size sheet pan. The oven has dedicated steam capabilities in each deck and a premium, 3/4-inch-thick NSF-approved baking stone for direct-on-the-stone artisan results. The digital control interface is positioned at eye level and allows operators to fine-tune bake parameters while optimizing energy efficiency. The independent dual-zone element control provides temperature calibration above and below the product and compensates for heat loss during loading and unloading. The maximum baking temperature of the Doyon 1T2 oven is 600°F. The Doyon 1T2 oven is specified as NSF. The Doyon 1T2 oven's input power rating in the 240 V, single-phase, 22 A configuration is 10 kW.
