Imperial Spec Series IHR-GT24-2-EW-XB is a 36-inch freestanding electric range with storage base, combining two thermostatic wafer plates and a 24-inch thermostatic griddle over an open cabinet. It runs on 208V/3-phase, draws 15.5 kW and 55 amps, so it fits a hardwired commercial line setup rather than a plug-in counter unit; the 38-inch-wide, 42-inch-high footprint and open base suit full-service kitchens needing high-volume range top production. Key differentiators are the sealed wafer elements with 650°F max temperature, infinite heat controls, 3.25-inch stainless landing ledge, grease trough and removable grease can, plus optional casters, bottom shelf, and door options.
