Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603DD-4TR_LP, is a commercial freestanding range with a standard oven base, not a combi or convection unit. It combines (2) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48" thermostatic griddle on the right, and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens, so it fits high-volume line and prep work where you need burners, griddle, and bake capacity in one floor unit. It runs on propane, measures 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, weighs 1,075 lb, needs 10" rear and side clearances, and includes stainless front/sides, a manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots for the burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
