The construction specifications describe a 48-inch-wide front-manifold sectional range with a full-width charbroiler and removable cast-iron grates. P48A-CCCC. convection-oven base. The Southbend P48A-CCCC convection oven has five rack positions on its side rails. The Southbend P48A-CCCC convection oven interior is 14 inches high. The Southbend P48A-CCCC convection oven uses a thermostat with a stated range of 175°F to 550°F. Each P48-CCCC unit requires a minimum gas supply pressure of 11 in. W.C. for propane. Each LP burner on the Southbend P48-CCCC 48-inch sectional range is rated at 14,000 BTU. The front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are stainless steel; the lining and burner box are fully insulated. Removable cast-iron grates have an adjustable front-to-back slope and flip over for either 1/8-inch or 1/4-inch grid width.
