The Imperial IR-10-EW range has a wafer plate top. The Imperial IR-10-EW range has 10 plate elements. The Imperial IR-10-EW range is three-phase at 208 V. The standard oven accommodates standard 18” x 26” sheet pans front-to-back and side-by-side. The standard oven’s baffle distributes heat flow for even cooking temperatures throughout the 5.3 KW oven, and a splatter screen protects the element from spills. The standard oven’s temperature control range has a lower setting of 150°F (65°C). The standard oven’s temperature control range has an upper setting of 500°F (260°C). The plate elements have a completely sealed heating element to protect from spills and a flat surface for easy cleaning. The wafer plates are thermostatically controlled. The standard oven has porcelainized sides, rear, deck, and inner door liner; side oven controls are protected from heat in an insulated side compartment; and its stamped inner door liner provides extra strength while improving heat retention. The exterior has a stainless-steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate, with welded and polished stainless-steel seams.
