The SFS G14R tube fryer uses patented Solstice Burner Technology. Its atmospheric heating system provides fast recovery to cook a variety of food products. gas input btu: 122000. The SFSG14R fryer requires natural-gas store supply pressure of 7–10 in. w.c. [17.4 mbar / 1.7 kPa]. The SFSG14R fryer uses matchless ignition, according to the short-form specification. The fryer is specified with an SS peened tank and stainless-steel front, door and sides. Other standard fryer features include a tube rack that allows crumbs and debris into the cool zone, a removable basket hanger that requires no tools, a drain-line clean-out rod and a fryer-cleaner sample packet. A choice of basket options is listed: 2-twin baskets or 1-full basket; the full basket is not available on 14T or with basket lifts. The Solstice filter specified with the Pitco SFSG14R tube fryer is self-contained. Standard filter features and accessories include easy two-step filtering; an extra-large 3 in curved drain spout that virtually eliminates splashing and swivels for oil disposal; an 8 gpm filter pump for fast refill times; a self-aligning filter connection; and a rear oil return for bottom cleaning. The filter pan is stainless steel with rear wheels, and its lid is self-storing. The listed accessories include a fryer crumb scoop, filter shovel scoop, filter paper-envelope starter pack, filter-powder sample and fryer-cleaning brush. The SFSG14R filter pump is rated at 8 GPM [30.3 LPM] at 60 Hz.
