The Incogneeto is an under-counter buffet warmer designed to mount under natural stone or “engineered” stone countertops; no cutting of the stone is required. The CookTek Incogneeto under-counter warmer is available in 650 W models. The CookTek Incogneeto under-counter warmer is available for 200–240 VAC. The CookTek Incogneeto under-counter warmer is available as a single-phase model. The CookTek Incogneeto warmer's automatic pan detection allows instant energy transmission to the pan. The CookTek Incogneeto warmer's lock feature prevents unwanted setting changes. The warmer has a polycarbonate top and an aluminum housing. The CookTek Incogneeto warmer includes a mounting frame as a standard accessory. One Magneeto™ II Trivet (#INC-3000) is included with purchase of the CookTek Incogneeto warmer. Each installation of the equipment specified on this page requires a dedicated circuit.
