Southbend/Middleby Ultimate Series 60" freestanding gas range for commercial use, Model 4606DD-2RR_NG, with a standard oven base and a heavy-duty 60.75" x 34" floor footprint. It combines a 5-burner open top (3 front 33K star burners, 2 rear Pyromax burners) with a 24" raised griddle/broiler on the right and two 45,000 BTU standard ovens, for a total of 302,500 BTUs and high-volume line cooking, grilling, and baking. It runs on natural gas, needs a 0.75" gas inlet, and is built with stainless front/sides, cast iron grates, manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilots, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases.
