It’s a high-volume floor unit with a 60.75" x 34" footprint, five open burners on top—2 high-output Pyromax rear burners and 3 standard 33K front burners—plus a 45,000 BTU standard oven with thermostat control from 175°F to 550°F, fitting full-size pans. Built for busy restaurant kitchens and heavy service, it has stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grate tops, a manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot on the top burners, battery spark oven ignition, and an optional cabinet base with center-opening doors.
