The Model CM-RMB/SMB 600 Series charbroiler is a counter-style unit. The top grid is free floating to allow expansion and contraction without warping. The round top grid has standard spacing and a quick-lift handle. The cabinet is fully insulated and double walled, with stainless steel on all four sides. The unit has water tubs, a stainless steel service shelf with towel bar, individual front burner controls for precise regulation, all-stainless-steel burners, and a top grid scraper. gas input btu: 105000. gas type: propane.
