It combines 3 front standard 33K burners, 2 rear Pyromax burners, and a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, for 227,000 BTU total on natural gas; the stainless front and sides, cast-iron removable grates, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and front manual gas shut-off make it a high-output line unit suited to busy restaurant cooking and griddle work. The 60" footprint and 1,075 lb weight put it in the full-size floor-range class, with 10" service clearances and optional center-opening cabinet doors, casters, and flue risers.
